Once you have installed the app on your mobile device, log in with the same credentials you use for Online Banking. When logging in to the app for the first time on a new device, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file that includes a one-time PIN. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail to complete your registration of the Mobile App. If you need to update your email address, you can do so within Online Banking. You're now ready to enjoy all of the benefits our mobile app has to offer!

UCU offers their members mobile access to their account information (e.g. for checking balances and last transactions) over text messaging, as well as the option to set up alerts for their accounts (e.g. low balance alerts). To stop messages from coming to your phone, you can unsubscribe by sending a text that says STOP to this number: 86020.
